About Almega Utbildningsföretagen

We authorize the education and matching industry Utbildnings­företagen authorize Swedish educational and matching companies. The authorization is a guarantee for quality and ethics in adult education and employment services. It provides security for you who are going to buy an education, but also for you who are going to apply for a matching service.

Utbildningsföretagen offer the possibility of two different authorizations: One for educational companies, one for matching companies.

Utbildningsföretagen's quality authorization for educational companies contains a total of 8 quality criteria:

  1. Competence needs. The educational company has good knowledge of the competence needs that exist in the professions and professional roles in which training is offered.
  2. Relevant educations. The educational company ensures labor market relevance in its training.
  3. Structure. The educational company's organization and resources give the participants the conditions to achieve their educational goals.
  4. Pedagogy. The educational company's pedagogy gives the participants the conditions to achieve their educational goals.
  5. Personnel competence. The training company ensures that the people hired in the training for teaching or supervision have the right skills.
  6. Method development. The educational company works continuously with and takes responsibility for method development.
  7. Performance monitoring. The educational company monitors and reports the results of the training.
  8. Systematic quality work. The educational company has a well-functioning system for quality work, which aims to ensure a systematic way of working, regardless of the pedagogical platform or service, in order to meet the customer's and other stakeholders' requirements and expectations.

Utbildningsföretagen's quality authorization for matching companies contains a total of 7 quality criteria:

  1. Skills needs and relevant services. The matching company has good knowledge of and stays up to date on the labor market's skills needs and ensures labor market relevance in its range.
  2. Structure. The matching company's organization and resources give the participants the conditions to achieve their goals with the service.
  3. Working method. The matching company's working method gives the participants the conditions to achieve the goals of the service.
  4. Personnel competence. The matching company ensures that the people hired in the business have the right skills.
  5. Method development. The matching company works continuously with and takes responsibility for method development in the business.
  6. Performance monitoring. The matching company monitors and reports the results of the services.
  7. Systematic quality work. The matching company has a well-functioning system for quality work, which aims to ensure a systematic way of working, regardless of service, in order to meet the customer's and other stakeholders' requirements and expectations.

QUALITY CONTROL

Utbildningsföretagen's certificate for quality authorization The quality authorization is checked and issued by Utbildningsföretagen. The authorization is valid until further notice and is revised regularly, but will be terminated if the member company at any time does not meet the included criteria or the conditions for membership.

For each of the included quality criteria, the member company must be able to describe in detail how it works and attach documents and routines on which it is based. The documents must be signed with the date stated for when the routine/deion applies from.

The documentation is assessed by Utbildningsföretagen's Authorization Board, which then gives a recommendation to the board of Utbildningsföretagen, which decides whether authorization should be granted. For a visual deion of the authorization process, click here.

The Authorization Board is also responsible for follow-up audits, supervision and reviews of member's compliance with the authorization requirements.
