About the certificates from Almega
What is a course certificate from Almega?
It is the certificate Almega issues when you complete a programme, published as a TRUE Original document with its own web address. The document's fingerprint is secured on a blockchain. If a single character is changed, the fingerprint no longer matches and the check fails. Almega has issued nearly two hundred course certificates through TRUE since 2022, and the course certificates live at utbildningsforetagen.trueoriginal.com.
How do I check that a certificate from Almega is genuine?
Drop in the file or paste the link into TRUE Verify at www.trueoriginal.com/verify and see within seconds whether the certificate is genuine and untouched. The check is free and requires no account. It works for every document secured through TRUE, not only certificates from Almega.
Can a certificate from Almega be forged?
A copy can be made to look the same. It cannot be made to verify. The check compares the document with the fingerprint written when Almega issued it, so an altered copy fails.
Which courses give a certificate from Almega?
Almega's courses in TRUE Upskill include utbildningsföretag and matchningsföretag. There you can see what the courses contain and the certificate you get when you finish.
How do I save and share my certificate?
The certificate lives at its own web address and opens in any browser, without an account. If you want to gather everything in one place, there is TRUE Wallet, a professional profile where the experience, education and skills you list can be confirmed by documents issued through TRUE. One link a recruiter reads in seconds. Free for everyone.
Is my certificate visible to everyone?
Only if you want it to be. You choose whether the certificate is public, and you can change it at any time.
What happens to the certificate if TRUE disappears?
Every document's fingerprint is anchored on a public blockchain and can be checked independently of TRUE. That is the whole point of anchoring the proof instead of storing it with a company.
